INCOSE is a global professional society committed to advancing the definition, understanding, and practice of world-class systems engineering across industry, academia, and government.
Our chapter serves members throughout the Central Virginia area, supporting the growth and application of systems engineering within our local community. Our members represent a wide range of sectors—including aerospace, defense, energy, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and academia.
The establishment of our chapter was initiated by the Systems Engineering Focus Team (SEFT) at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD)
